The School of Balance was founded with the aim of helping women to reach their potential and find balance in their lives.
We all do so much, whether at home, work, family or all of the above. It’s great that women, in general, have more opportunities but in being able to have it all I know I for one have tried to have it all ALL AT ONCE! You can read more about my story here.
Thee School of Balance is a safe home for all women who crave more balance in life. The blog is set out in different categories so you can focus on the elements that interest you most, whether that is losing weight in a balanced way, managing stress or finding quick and healthy recipes.
When I feel out of balance I find it hard to see where to start. Everything feels overwhelming and therefore it can be easy to just accept the imbalance. If you feel the same can I suggest that you chose one place to start. It doesn’t matter where and it doesn’t matter how small. If weight is your priority maybe start by swapping just your breakfast to a healthier meal or if you struggle with relaxation maybe try to walk for just 10 minutes per day.
